Why An Art Camp

Why An Art Camp?

  1. Not all kids fit into a sports camp.
  2. Students like creativity.
  3. All learning is relative.
  4. Creativity is fun.
  5. Creativity is transferable to other subject matter.
  6. Students are unplugged for several hours at a time.
  7. Students gain confidence.
  8. Students create things they can feel and see and remember.
  9. Students learn a lot of new art concepts.
  10. It's FUN!

In this fun painting, teens and tweens will learn use of color, color blending, brush strokes, composition, and to let go and make their tree using their own creativity.

Art camp begins this Wednesday from 10 a.m. until noon and is for students 10-14 years old and continues for four Wednesdays in a row.  I have a few seats left and I would love for your students to have the opportunity to learn so many concepts and complete two full size paintings.  The above painting is 16" x 20" and your student will complete many drills, practices and the two paintings.

Leave me a comment or call me at 502-523-0663 if your child would like to attend.
